Tell us what your heating is doing.

A system that won't switch on, rooms that stay cold, or unfamiliar noises are all useful details to mention. Describe the symptoms when you call, along with the type of equipment you have.

Ask about your next step.

Before arranging a visit, confirm service coverage at your address, the next available appointment and any diagnostic or call-out fee. Ask which details from your equipment label would help.
